PRE-PURCHASE DUE DILIGENCE

The value of many properties is significantly reduced by unseen environmentally associated liabilities such as hazardous building materials (Asbestos), soil or groundwater contamination, historic fuel storage tanks or waste disposal, or Acid Sulfate Soils (Acid Sulphate Soils). These liabilities can disrupt project timelines or render developments financially unviable. A comprehensive pre-purchase due diligence program can identify these issues and prevent negative project outcomes.

Dinglebird Environmental conducts comprehensive due diligence assessments in accordance with Department of Environment and Conservation, Swan River Trust, Department of Health, and Western Australia Planning Commission guidelines. Dinglebird Environmental considers the client’s proposed development or site end use while developing due diligence protocols. We can also provide financial quantification of environmentally associated liabilities to support deal negotiation.
