REHABILITATION MONITORING

Rehabilitation monitoring is an essential element of any vegetation rehabilitation programme, ensuring that regulatory completion criteria and other objectives can be evaluated, met and documented. Contractor performance evaluation is another determinant.

Dinglebird Environmental service often involves compiling a report based on periodic monitoring events (usually quarterly). The scope of monitoring events will vary depending on the purpose, but may include weed populations, native species recruitment (growth of seedlings), changes in vegetation zonation, population density, percentage cover, species richness and vegetation health.

Monitoring reporting details methods and outcomes of the Monitoring Assessments following the completion of each of the quarterly monitoring events.
